Simcity V (the new simcity, not the shite called "Simcity Societies")

Not to brag, don't even know if it's special, but guess what?



I have beta access I think it's fab since let's face it, Simcity is one of the best games ever created, and we are all dead keen on whether or not the new one is shite, or a wonderful follow up to Simcity 4 (which is hard to achieve).


Anyway, my 3 hour weekend just got a bit more cramped. Fun

Well, it is a shame that young lads nowadays don't know about the classics any longer. Not all too long ago I heard somebody mention CivRome as a "good old classic", and I was "wtf?!" since I sort of still consider CivRome as one of few good games...


Although I call it CivCity Rome

I've heard of simcity, run by maxis aint it? same guys who own sims?

I sucked at that game though, every couple of minutes my town would get a thunderstorm/drought/earthquake or something and everything would be ruined lol.

I've played it before, I usually get annoyed by the dinosaurs. >.>

You can turn off disasters, I don't really know anyone who plays with them one. Why would you want a Godzilla, earthquake or riot to destroy your work?



And yes, Maxis are the ones who made The Sims and The Sims 2, and Maxis have also made I think every Simcity besides the worst one, Simcity (V) Societies... However Maxis is sadly owned by EA, so...

Lately when I am not playing my other games I play Playdom Garden Of Time which takes me back home and for all the English people here they have a Blackwood and Bell game that I also play (on games.co.uk now as Playdom moved it).  Very nice.  You can also find Playdom on Facebook (but you need your own friends).  The Facebook Playdom gives you many more game options but the Playdom browser game gives you friend automatically - choose carefully.

You need city building skills and planning skills or else after you get to Level 36 you won't be able to get any further in Blackwood and Bell.  You have to go for the gem chapters to get high reputation.

Hehe, yeah. After it was released, how long did you have to wait until you could play it?

Actually not that long if I remember right, just about 1-2 hours... But I was forced to play on a server in Oceania
